Shipping Policy

At Blank Laundry, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please read the information below to understand how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing

·        All orders are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

·        You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has shipped.


Delivery Times

·        Transit times are given in working days and may be subject to customs delays.

·        Please provide your mobile number at checkout to receive delivery updates via SMS as well as email.


Domestic UK Shipping

·        We use DPD for all UK deliveries.

·        Standard Shipping is available on all UK orders.

·        If you would like next working day delivery, please place your order before 1 pm and select the express option at checkout.


International Shipping

·        We partner with Global-E to handle international orders, shipped via FedEx.

·        Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.

·        Estimated delivery times for international orders: 7–10 working days.


Taxes & Customs

·        All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means:

o   Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their destination country.

o   Charges vary depending on your country’s customs authority and must be paid upon delivery.

·        Please note: European Union countries are now subject to taxes and duties. To avoid delays, we recommend checking out through Global-E for your specific country and paying duties at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

·        When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Blank Laundry with a tracking number.

·        Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

·        If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blank-laundry.com with your name and order number.


Shipping Restrictions

·        We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

·        We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

·        Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with original tags attached. Ideally, they should be returned in the original packaging.

·        Sale items cannot be refunded, but may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

·        To start a return, please email info@blank-laundry.com with your order confirmation number in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

·        Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.

·        If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@blank-laundry.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue as soon as possible. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
